- New `include-prereleases` input. Prereleases are skipped unless you turn it on.
- Edited the notes after publishing? Run the workflow manually with the tag (`workflow_dispatch`) and the same post is updated. A re-run with unchanged notes returns the existing post.
- README with the workflow and every input.
